The Supreme Court review is the Chapter’s flagship quarterly academic publication on the Supreme Court of India, providing scholarship and expanding the horizons of liberty by conducting exhaustive research and analysis of judgments, orders et al. delivered by the Supreme Court of India for ascertaining its implications on metrics or parameters such as: rule of law; individual freedom; consumer protection, antitrust & competition law, expansion of or restriction(s) on state action; nature & extent of judicial intervention, oversight or supervision including but not limited to jurisdiction, standing (locus standi), adherence to precedent; and whether such intervention conforms to a basic envisagement of separation of powers.

Issues of the Review will be published quarterly and will cover the Supreme Court term for the past 4 months from the start of the present quarter. (For eg., the September-December 2020 Quarter of the Review will be published in the January-April 2021 Quarter).
